Pete Mosley – Profile

I work with people who aspire to do or create extraordinary things. I do this through writing, speaking, running live events, delivering training sessions and seminars and by coaching individuals on a one to one basis. I’m based in the East Midlands and travel widely across the UK.

One to One coaching

Over the years my clients have included many business owners and entrepreneurs, CEO’s, a vet, a Roman Catholic hermit, senior managers (corporate and academic), rock musicians, visual artists, writers and cultural leaders. All have wanted to make their mark on the world and be successful on their own terms. I have helped them overcome the very different blocks to progress that each has perceived to be in the way.

I write and blog extensively about confidence, creativity and motivation for a wide range of magazines and websites.

My first book – ‘Make Your Creativity Pay’, was published in July 2011. The second – The Art of Shouting Quietly – a guide to self-promotion for introverts and other quiet souls’, was released in April 2015 and is now a set text for Cambridge University’s Leading Change programme.

I have been in business since 1984. I trained as a coach with Barefoot Coaching Ltd – the UK’s premier coaching company – and have a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal coaching from Chester University.

The thinking behind my work is built on 30 years of face to face coaching, training and problem-solving sessions with a wide range of successful people. I have observed what works – and what doesn’t – and distilled it into sensible, realistic advice. It’s all based on real conversations with real people confronting life’s thornier issues – just like you.

If you’d like to find out more, you’ll get a friendly response if you call me on 07810 415402 or email me here. I have a policy of responding to all enquiries within 24 hours.

  1. Hi Pete,
I ll go straight to the next challenge ahead,. Any time soon or early November, I will hear from the Arts Council for the outcome of a grant application. If it is a success, I will have a budget I keep of my Income to invest in reviewing details for perfecting the promotion of my stained glass art. So, I need a quote from you, will it be feasible for my budget? Best wishes, Nathalie

    • Hi Nathalie – apologies, I have only just found this message as I have been away for a few days. I would love to talk to you about coaching and give you a quote. can you tell mw how much support you think you need? It may be best if Skype or talk on the phone rather than do this by email. When might you be free for a call?

Best wishes and apologies again for the delay,
